Let’s talk about colour blocking shall we? Yep, this trend is back again for AW2020 but I say why wait!!!??? Let’s bring it on now. I have to admit colour blocking hasn’t always been my thing, but recently it has definitely grown on me and I’ve found it super fun! Playing with colours is always fun and nowadays the sky is the limit with how much fun you can have. Don’t hold back go all in. Now I do understand though that this trend is not for everyone, so I suggest starting with a colour that suits you and maybe add one other complimentary colour. Start simple and then work your way up. Also don’t forget about accessories. An accessory can really spice up an outfit. If you’re not sure about mixing coloured clothing pieces then maybe do so with an accessory.
In this new style sessions video I show you five different colour blocking outfits all using preloved, vintage and items from my wardrobe. I can’t emphasise enough how important it is to use what you already have! Have fun with your wardrobe.
Enjoy!
